Where Indonesian data protection law (including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection) imposes obligations on the Operator, those obligations are observed. Where applicable international standards — including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its principles — offer additional protections, pam4d applies those principles as a baseline regardless of the Player's location.

7.1 pam4d's server infrastructure may be located outside the Republic of Indonesia. Where Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to Indonesian law or internationally recognized standards, pam4d implements appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses, encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls to ensure your data remains protected.
7.2 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. Where such transfers occur, pam4d ensures they are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the protections described in this Policy.
8.1 pam4d retains your Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account applicable legal retention requirements. The following standard retention periods apply:
8.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with an individual. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely for platform performance monitoring.
9.1 pam4d uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your session state, and analyze usage patterns. The following categories of cookies are used:
9.2 You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect Platform functionality.
9.3 pam4d does not use cross-site tracking cookies to build advertising profiles or share behavioral data with advertising networks.
pam4d implements the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:
Your responsibility: The security of your Account also depends on you maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pam4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Under applicable data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by pam4d. To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 16. We will respond within 30 calendar days.
You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data that pam4d holds about you, along with information about how it is being used, where it is stored, and who it has been shared with.
If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected without undue delay.
You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Note: erasure requests may be partially refused where retention is required by law (e.g., AML obligations requiring 5-year financial record retention).
You have the right to request that pam4d restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, for example while the accuracy of data you have disputed is being verified.
You may request a structured, machine-readable export of the Personal Data you provided to pam4d for the purpose of transmitting it to another service provider.
You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data where the legal basis is legitimate interest, including direct marketing. Where you object to marketing processing, we will cease that processing immediately.
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
12.1 pam4d is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 21 years may register an account or use any pam4d service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under 21 years of age.
12.2 If pam4d discovers or is notified that a registered Account belongs to a person under 21, the Account will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any data collected from that Account will be securely deleted (except where retention is required to satisfy an AML or fraud-investigation obligation), and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment source.
12.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered an Account on pam4d without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate and act promptly.
13.1 pam4d may send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, seasonal promotions (such as Idul Fitri specials, Ramadhan campaigns, and Indonesian Independence Day offers), and VIP program updates — by email or push notification, but only where you have provided explicit consent during registration or via your Account settings.
13.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; (b) updating your communication preferences in the Account settings panel; or (c) contacting our support team.
13.3 Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the receipt of transactional communications, which include deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, KYC status updates, and security alerts. These communications are sent on the basis of contractual necessity and cannot be disabled while your Account is active.
13.4 In accordance with our responsible gaming obligations, pam4d will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion period, is subject to an active deposit limit that would render the promotion inaccessible, or has requested removal from all marketing lists.
14.1 pam4d reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data in ways that are less protective than described in the current version — will be communicated to registered Players by email at least 14 days before the amended Policy takes effect.
14.2 Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections of typographical errors) will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date and version number at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any revision.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should close your Account before the effective date and cease using the Platform.
15.1 This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pam4d holds its operating license, with due regard to the data protection rights of Indonesian residents as established by Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and other applicable data protection legislation.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including disputes concerning your data rights, shall be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms described in the pam4d Terms & Conditions.
