These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pam4d platform. Please read them in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pam4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all clauses set out below.
A plain-English summary of the most important rules. The full legal text follows in the clauses below — both sections apply equally.
You must be at least 21 years of age and accessing pam4d from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal for you personally. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pam4d. Duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. The Welcome Bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount plus deposit.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pam4d will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
All transactions on pam4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). No foreign-currency conversion fees apply.
pam4d is committed to player wellbeing. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls are available to all account holders at any time. If gambling becomes a problem, contact our support team immediately for a confidential referral.
Important notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pam4d ("we", "us", "the Operator", "the Platform"). By creating an account or using any service offered on pam4d, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.
2.1 To register and use pam4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
2.2 pam4d serves players who access the Platform under their own personal discretion. Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in the Republic of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pam4d is lawful in your personal jurisdiction before registering an account. The Operator makes no representation that the services offered are available or legal in all jurisdictions.
Age verification is strictly enforced. pam4d reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage, including immediately after registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended without notice, and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on pam4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, and an active Indonesian mobile telephone number. You undertake to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.
3.3 pam4d reserves the right to refuse or revoke account registration at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited activities as described in Clause 9.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify pam4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pam4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where such use occurred prior to notification by you.
4.1 In compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, pam4d requires all Players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed and may require verification at any other point during the Account lifecycle.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation required by pam4d includes:
4.3 KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission. During peak periods — including around Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major holiday seasons — processing may extend up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
4.4 pam4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request will result in Account suspension. Where there is evidence of document forgery or misrepresentation, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
5.1 All deposits on pam4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet).
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pam4d, though individual payment providers and banks may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder is a different person from the registered pam4d Account holder — are prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
5.4 pam4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Operator bears no responsibility.
5.5 Funds deposited on the Platform are used exclusively for gaming purposes. pam4d does not pay interest on Account balances. Deposits do not constitute an investment in or a loan to the Operator.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the pam4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard account holders have a default daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50.000.000. VIP Elite and VIP Diamond tier members are not subject to daily withdrawal caps; limits are set individually by account agreement.
6.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's KYC verification is complete (see Clause 4). pam4d targets withdrawal processing times as follows: BCA and e-wallets within approximately 2–5 minutes; BRI, BNI, and Mandiri within approximately 3–7 minutes. These are target times and not contractual guarantees; processing may be delayed by network issues, bank maintenance windows, or compliance review requirements.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds — including any net winnings derived from Bonus Funds after full satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements — may be withdrawn.
6.5 pam4d reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or accounts that trigger automated compliance alerts. Affected withdrawals may be held for up to 5 business days pending review.
7.1 pam4d offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, the Welcome Bonus, Daily Deposit Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Referral Bonus, and Free Spins offers. The specific terms, bonus amounts, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and validity periods for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement when you opt into any such offer.
7.2 Wagering requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30× (bonus amount plus qualifying deposit). Wagers placed on certain game categories — including live sports bandar bola (Asian handicap) markets and togel (lottery) draws — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution schedule for each game category is published in the General Bonus Terms section.
7.3 Bonus validity: Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses must be wagered within 14 calendar days of being credited to your Account. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the applicable validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
7.4 pam4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, the Operator will honor any qualifying bonus already credited to the Player's Account at the time of cancellation, subject to the remaining wagering requirements.
7.5 Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering requirement exposure, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional misconfigurations — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Transparency commitment: pam4d publishes the full terms of every promotion before you are asked to opt in. There are no hidden conditions. If any term of a bonus is unclear, contact our support team before activating the offer.
8.1 Each game category on pam4d — including football betting (bandar bola), slot games (slot gacor titles), live casino, table games, togel (numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting livestreams) — operates under a specific set of rules published within the game interface and the pam4d Help Centre. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
8.2 All electronic game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. The RNG systems employed by pam4d are independently tested and certified for fairness. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot do so after a game round has commenced.
8.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be declared void and the wagered stake returned to the Player's Account. Winnings from a round in which a proven technical error occurred will not be paid. The Operator's decision on technical disputes is final.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. These limits are displayed within the game interface. pam4d reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
8.5 For live football betting, pam4d accepts in-play wagers up to the point that the live odds interface closes for a given market. Results are settled based on official sources. Any match abandoned prior to full time will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pam4d and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law-enforcement authorities:
10.1 pam4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any other activity deemed harmful to the Operator, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon suspension or termination for cause, pam4d reserves the right to withhold all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of suspension will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any compliance review, which may take up to 30 business days.
10.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pam4d support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will not be accessible and the Operator will not send promotional communications to the Player's registered contact details.
10.4 Upon voluntary Account closure with no pending compliance review, any verified Real Money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
11.1 pam4d is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pam4d, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; (c) any errors, interruptions, defects, delays, or failures in the operation of the Platform; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform or these Terms.
12.2 pam4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, pam4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 All content on the pam4d Platform — including but not limited to the pam4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pam4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on Platform content; or reverse-engineer any software used by the Platform.
14.1 pam4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 pam4d implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Platform and your device. Player financial data is stored in compliance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) where applicable.
14.3 pam4d will not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — including KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities — solely to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations and deliver Platform services.
15.1 pam4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicate the most current version in force.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pam4d holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
16.2 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction to the extent those rights cannot be waived by contract.
